½ cup of rolled oats (uncontaminated oats)
½ cup almond milk
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Optional: 1 tbsp. of nut butter or coconut yogurt (If after a thicker consistency)
Pinch of cinnamon / vanilla extract powder
Optional: 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
½ cup of Blueberries/ Half banana sliced
In a mason jar, combine all the ingredients and mix well, seal and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy it in the morning with fresh blueberries or sliced banana.
