Overnight Oats – Clean Recipe

"Fresh filling & delicious quick breakfast to start your daily energised focused and motivated, Overnight oats provide us with great source of fibers, vitamins and minerals without spending much time in the kitchen, prep 2-3 serves and refrigerate.

 

 

Ingredients:

½ cup of rolled oats (uncontaminated oats)

½ cup almond milk

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

Optional: 1 tbsp. of nut butter or coconut yogurt (If after a thicker consistency)

Pinch of cinnamon / vanilla extract powder

Optional: 1 teaspoon of maple syrup

½ cup of Blueberries/ Half banana sliced

Method:

In a mason jar, combine all the ingredients and mix well, seal and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy it in the morning with fresh blueberries or sliced banana.
