Arugula Fennel Salad recipe

Highly nutritious gut loving recipe that provide us an abundance of nutrients such as: Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin K, folate, calcium, potassium, magnesium and iron. Making this salad fresh and top with a good quality source of protein for a complete clean meal promoting weight loss.

Ingredients:

1 pack /150 g Arugula (washed and messaged with olive oil for 3 minutes)

3 tablespoons of Olive oil

½ a fennel thinly sliced

1 tablespoon of fresh lemon squeeze

Optional: a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper

Method:

Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl and mix gently.
